 Joanne
is our Administrative Assistant, Inside Sales Person and
our girl Friday. A French Canadian, she attended Ellis
Business College in Drumondville, Canada where she obtained
an Associate Degree in Business Administration. After she
graduated from school, she worked with Siemens-Canada where
she worked in the Management Information Systems area, and
was involved with all of the office activities which included
accounting, shipping, receiving and customer service. Two
years later she moved to the U. S. and began working with
World Touch Gaming, a Company that developed hardware and
software for the gaming industry. At World Touch she became
directly involved with the manufacturing processes related
to printed circuit boards, assembly, inventory control and
shipping procedures.
Seeking new opportunities Joanne moved to
New Orleans for a period of two years where she was involved
in the human
relations field and further developed her skills in working
with people. Moving back to Atlanta the later part of 2002
Joanne started working with Technical Circuits in February
2003 and today she is in full command of the policies and
procedures and does all of the accounting, and general office
management. She contacts and follows up on all of the quoting
and plans and schedules Penny’s outside calls and itinerary.
She has also mastered being able to say “Circuits”.
